Amicable Arbitration Training

This course requires a minimum of two hours of work each week.  You will work online at your own pace to prepare for our one hour Gathers each week on zoom.

WEEKLY GATHERS

Being a Private Judge is a practice, like a workout but for your career.  Our 60 minute guided group conversations, we call them Gathers, are designed to meet new people, make time to process and hear yourself think. Coming weekly helps us find solutions, change old patterns and build new habits so we feel more connected to ourselves, our work and others.  We always walk away feeling better than when we arrive.
