This course requires a minimum of two hours of work each week.  You will work online at your own pace to prepare for our one hour Gathers each week on zoom.

Each week, guest experts tackle the real life challenges faced in Arbitrtion.  You will decide the questions/challenges you want to see the experts address.  Each series is a master class demonstration of the insights and inspiration needed to create a resolution.  You will have access to "snackable" expert content designed to motivate and support change

WEEKLY GATHERS

Being a family law arbitrator takes practice, this class is like a workout but for your career.  Our 60 minute guided group conversations, we call them Gathers, are designed to meet new people, make time to practice and hear yourself think. Coming weekly helps you find solutions, change old patterns and build new skills.  We always walk away feeling better than when we arrive.

ON DEMAND MENTORING

You'll be assigned a Mentor and have access practical one-on-one and advice at critical intersections of confusion.  It's like having a coach on call.
