Mediator Gathers

Thank you for your interest in Wevorce mediation. I look forward to meeting you! We would like to invite you to a group interview, we call them Gathers. Our Gathers are sixty minute facilitated conversations with up to 20 participants. We speak freely and listen deeply so we can learn more about each other and the work we love to do. Our mission is to equip people with the space, support and skills to build deeper more meaningful work. We do this with active listening - it's the #1 mediator skill. Felling heard boosts oxytocin and dopamine, our "feel good" brain chemicals"
