Breaking the Cycle: Ending the Blame Game for Good

Brene Brown explains it best. Blame is simply the discharging to discomfort and pain. We discharge anger with Blame and seldom have the tenacity and grit to hold people accountable because we rage then figure out who's fault it is. It's a distraction and provides us with another illusion of control.

At WeKnow our mission is to help people at critical intersections of personal and professional confusion so if we catch you in the blame game we'll ask your permission to try the following exercise instead.

1. Name How You Feel.

How does the story you are telling make you feel?

2. What is that you need?

Name one to three things that describe what you need or want to happen.

3. How will you feel when you get what you want?

4. How much do you believe that you could achieve your Optimal Outcome
