In a world where cancel culture reigns supreme and putting people on blast is the norm, it's time to talk about the two big I's: Intractable and Irascible behavior. These two words might sound like something out of a Shakespearean play, but trust me, they're very much alive and kicking in our everyday lives.

Let's break it down, shall we?

Intractable: Picture this – you're trying to teach your cat to fetch. No matter how many times you throw the toy, your feline friend just stares at you with a look that says, "Fetch it yourself, human." That's intractable behavior in a nutshell. It's stubbornness on steroids, an unwillingness to budge no matter what.

Story Time: Remember that time your grandma refused to switch from her flip phone to a smartphone because "the buttons are too damn small"? Classic intractable behavior right there.

We've all seen the best and worst in people, and many of us are dealing with challenges we don't always want to talk about. Did you know that 44% of people we work with are experiencing abuse but just want to move on? The thing is, we often carry these patterns with us.

That's why we've started these Communication Circles. Here, we practice Non-Violent Communication (NVC) together. This isn't just a learning space—it's a community where we support each other in becoming better communicators. We all make mistakes, but together, we can improve.

This is a safe place to practice. Love comes from within and is not subject to force or coercion. As a wise friend once said, NVC makes you "Unfuckwithable!" It’s true. Let’s dive in—We’ve got this.
